The Therapy Loft was created to improve access to therapy. By co-ordinating a group of qualified and experienced counsellors, we are able to take a client's requirements and match them to the most suitable member of our professional team. We take the guess-work out of the process of finding a therapist for clients and we help professional therapists manage their client list more effectively, to maximise the time they spend delivering therapy.
Emma Reed-Turrell, MA (Cantab.), BA (Hons) Humanistic Counselling (First Class), MBACP (Accred.)

Therapists are carefully vetted by the Therapy Loft and operate to the highest professional standards, in accordance with the ethical framework laid out by their professional body. Your therapist can tell you more about how they work and explain their business contract and code of conduct with regard to confidentiality and data protection. The director does not have any clinical oversight of the work of individual therapists, nor do they hold clinical or professional responsibility for any client who attends therapy with a therapist introduced by the Therapy Loft. During therapy, all communication, terms and conditions, and payments will be made directly between client and counsellor. In the very unlikely event of a professional complaint, the Therapy Loft does not accept any responsibility and any claim or complaint is between the complainant and their therapist.
